Shipping Policy

At Funzone, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.

  1. Order Processing
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:59 PM daily will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: We process orders 7 days a week (excluding public holidays).
  1. Shipping Methods & Partners
  • We partner with trusted courier services in Malaysia, including J&T Express, Pos Malaysia, and Lalamove (for local deliveries).
  • Shipping methods (Standard/Express) and costs vary based on your location and order size.
  1. Delivery Timelines
  • Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):
    • West Malaysia: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delays due to courier delays, customs, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM200 (West Malaysia only).
  • Wholesale Buyers: Contact us at support@funzone.my for bulk-order shipping rates.
  1. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • Use this number to monitor your package on the courier’s website/app.
  1. Failed Deliveries
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. You’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.
  1. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: Refuse delivery and notify us immediately (see our Return Policy).

Note: Funzone is not responsible for packages lost/damaged due to courier mishandling or incorrect addresses.

  1. International Shipping
  • Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Follow our social media for updates on international shipping.
  1. Address Accuracy
  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays/costs due to incorrect details.
