Welcome to Funzone! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 working days of delivery for:
    • Damaged/defective items (e.g., broken toys).
    • Incorrect items shipped by Funzone.

Exclusions:

  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Items damaged due to courier mishandling (we inspect all products before dispatch).
    • Items tampered with, misused, or not in original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us First: Email support@funzone.my or call 016-304 2887 within 7 days to request a return. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and notify you within 48 hours.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs. Send the item to:

  1. Inspection: Upon receipt, we’ll verify the issue. If approved, a refund/exchange will be processed.

Processing:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of return approval.
  • Refund methods: Original payment or store credit (your choice).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was Funzone’s (e.g., wrong item sent).
  1. Order Processing & Shipping
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:59 PM daily will be processed the same day. Orders after this time ship the next business day.
  • Shipping: We dispatch orders daily (excluding public holidays). Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
